We don’t know his birth time but I’ve made a guess at 2:30 pm which still gives him a Leo Ascendant. The chart posted is a natural chart. The reason for this guess is that it places his progressed moon at 11:58 Aquarius (mid wheel, 11th house) approaching a conjunction to his natal Mars in Aquarius.
Note the transits:
Uranus, retrograde in Taurus, is transiting the 2nd house and forming an applying square to his natal Mars (11th house)
Jupiter in Aquarius is conjunct natal & progressed Chiron in Aquarius (11th house).
Chiron in Aries is conjunct natal & progressed Eris in Aries (1st house; quite tight to the progressed position).
The transiting South Node in Sagittarius is in an applying opposition to progressed Mercury in Gemini in the 3rd house.
