As the month progresses, all three personal planets will start tours of Aquarius:
Mercury in Aquarius: February 4 to February 22
Mars in Aquarius: February 12 to March 22
Venus in Aquarius: February 16 to March 11
Mercury sparks the mind, the conversation, or the plan. Venus adds incentive and Mars triggers action.

When operating at optimum, Aquarius stars allow you to observe the action (your inner or outer experience) from a more detached or rational perspective. This spectator/watcher orientation is especially useful when you need to take a step back to gain a better/broader perspective. Know also, under Aquarius influences, you may find your attention, interest, ambition, or energy is inconsistent. It is perfectly fine to tackle it in bits and pieces, to pick it up and drop it, to explore or test it a few times. Catch the wave when you feel it, take a pause when the meter runs dry. Follow the natural flow rather than to push it.

The Chinese New Year (Wood Dragon) begins on February 10, the first full day of the new moon. (The new moon happens on February 9 at 2:58 pm PST). Both Wood Dragon and Pluto in Aquarius mark the year ahead as prime for risk taking on personal reinvention. On February 21, Venus and Mars in Aquarius begin a new two-year cycle of relating – to yourself, to your social world, to the special people of your life. This planetary pairing aims to accelerate dynamic social, political, and lifestyle change. “Revolution for evolution” is an Aquarius catch phrase.

Watch for an important announcement (or make one) on or near February 28. The end of the month can be a time of achievement, goal realization, finalization, and/or of cementing the way forward. A triple conjunction of sun, Mercury, and Saturn on February 28 set a backdrop for fruition or finalization. It can be a time of gaining recognition, of achievement and goal realization, or of cementing the way forward. This triple conjunction can also mark an ending of significance or an anniversary of note. The end of the month can mark an auspicious start to a next chapter/new reality. One way or another, expect to become better informed. Sun/Mercury/Saturn can prompt a significant realization or conclusion, news, an important announcement, or legal ruling. Perhaps it is you that has an important news or an announcement to make. If you are looking to work with optimum timing, use February 28 (or the day pre or post) to make it official, to host a special event, to launch a new business, project, or personal track. (February 24 can be a good date to work with too.) Whether it is a general feel, or you have something specific to pin it on, you may have a sense of this moment along the timeline as having greater than usual significance. Although a fleeting transit, Sun/Mercury/Saturn sets a backdrop for fate or destiny in the making. Someone of significance can enter or exit your life or take on a more prominent role.

Stay alert to new potentials and trends, try something new on for size. Don’t hesitate to redesign on a dime, take instruction from your higher self. Expect the month ahead to trigger fresh insights and so much more. February 5, 13, 16, 17, 27, 28, and the days close by can be significant in terms of a redirect, trigger, or momentum shift. The next two months deliver two eclipses and another Mercury retrograde cycle. (April is a stand-out, jettisoning month. It could even be even life altering.)
